Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Identify new business opportunities in the garment and uniform sector.- Manage and mentor the sales team, driving performance and meeting targets.- Collaborate with the production and design teams to align client needs with product offerings.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the garment or textile industry.- Strong understanding of the garment manufacturing process, including uniforms and custom orders.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suit
